Diamond Point Today

Below is a compilation of images of the state of Diamond Point Plaza as of September 2021. While not much has changed on the outside since the closure of all of the stores, the interior of the buildings continues to decay over time.

Also linked below are two videos, one from an urban explorer who gives a unique insight into the state of the Ames building, and the other is the final voicemail from an Ames employee on the day before the store ceased operations in 2002. All in all, these images and videos paint an eerie picture of how the closure of a large corporations impacts employees, local communites, and the enviornment.
